# LatentFolio Pro Single-User License

This license applies to the LatentFolio Pro template source and original design assets supplied with it (the “Template”). Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licenses.

## Grant

After acquiring a valid license, one named individual may:

1. use and modify the Template to create one personal portfolio website representing that individual;
2. deploy that portfolio to public or private hosting;
3. use the deployed portfolio for personal, employment, freelance, or business promotion; and
4. remove the visible “LatentFolio by Dharani Eswaramurthi” footer credit.

## Restrictions

The licensee may not:

1. redistribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, share, or transfer the Template or any substantial portion of its source or original assets;
2. make the Template available in a public repository, download library, template marketplace, course bundle, software-as-a-service product, or website builder;
3. use the Template to produce a portfolio for a client or another person without a separate license for that use;
4. remove copyright, license, or third-party attribution notices from the distributed source or documentation; or
5. claim authorship of the underlying Template.

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable upon material breach. Rights not expressly granted are reserved by the copyright holder.

## Warranty and liability

THE TEMPLATE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE TEMPLATE OR ITS USE.
